A fearless storyteller for natural food and beverage brands, Victoria's fluency in the language of food bridges the authority of authentic messaging with the allure of a vibrant flavor library. She founded Sherpa CPG to help emerging food and beverage brands scale meaningful ideas into memorable, retail-ready products. A former brand owner and factory operator, Victoria now brings her brand partners over a decade of hands-on industry experience as a consumer brand strategist, product formulator, copacker liaison and commercialization expert. When not in the R&D kitchen, Victoria tackles the essential work of defining brand purpose, developing bulletproof brand positioning and expressing brand persona across all touchpoints and packaging.


Since Sherpa's 2020 launch, the company has helped guide over 100 new products to the shelf. Forever inspired by the power of food to heal the body, kindle human connection and cultivate global change, Victoria champions all makers who are driven to make real food more inclusive, accessible and sustainable for all. She proudly serves on the Specialty Food Association's Board of Directors, and in the volunteer corps of (included)CPG, a collective of BIPOC founders committed to amplifying cultural voices in CPG.


Originally from Santiago, Chile, Andrea has lived in 11 cities and is thrilled to call Miami her permanent home. After a successful career in real estate and banking, working for companies based in Latin America, the US, UK, and Asia, Andrea moved to Miami to be closer to family. Together with her brother she started her first business, Cid Botanicals. In 2016 the family purchased Concept II Cosmetics, a bath and body manufacturer in Doral. Last year, during lockdown, Andrea launched Miami Growth Machine, a manufacturing incubator for CPG start-ups. Working with entrepreneurs, Andrea is passionate about building an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Miami, where founders of all backgrounds can thrive. Andrea has a degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School. She is a founding member of the South Florida Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs.
